1. Information involved when you use this site

Browsing information. Our website is hosted on Blogger, a Google service. When you visit, Google may process technical information such as your IP address, browser, device information, page requests, and security or performance data to operate the service. Google describes its own handling of that information in its Privacy Policy.

Information you choose to send. If you contact Preplytic through a method listed on our Contact Us page, we may receive your name, email address, and the contents of your message. Please do not send your CNIC, passwords, examination documents, or other sensitive information in a general inquiry.

Board and class selection. The board finder on our current homepage uses your selections to open a board guide. It does not require an account. The roll-number lookup shown on the homepage is currently inactive, and Preplytic does not presently collect roll numbers through that field or display an individual board result.

2. Cookies and Google services

Blogger and Google may use cookies and similar technologies to provide the site, maintain security, and understand traffic. Depending on the services enabled for this blog, Google Analytics or advertising services may also use cookies. You can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings. Restricting some cookies may affect parts of the website or Google's services. If we add a new analytics, advertising, or result-checking service, we will update this policy to explain the relevant data use.

3. How we use information you send

We use messages you send to answer your questions, correct information you identify, handle requests about your data, and maintain the accuracy and safety of the site. We do not ask for account registration to read our result guides. We do not sell the personal information you send to us.

4. Hosting, sharing, and external websites

Google provides the Blogger platform on which this site is hosted and processes information under its own policies. We may share information from a message only when needed to respond to you, run the site, protect it, or meet a legal obligation. A link to an official education board or another website takes you to a separate service with its own privacy practices; please review its policy before submitting a roll number or other personal details there.

5. Retention and security

We keep contact messages only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain relevant correspondence, resolve a concern, or meet an applicable obligation. Google's storage and retention practices for Blogger are governed by Google's policies. We take reasonable care with information sent to us, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

6. Your choices and requests

You may browse our public guides without creating a Preplytic account. If you have sent us personal information, you may use our Contact Us page to ask what we hold, request a correction, or ask us to delete it where possible. For information Google processes through Blogger, use the controls and contact options described in Google's Privacy Policy.

7. Students and children

Our educational guides may be read by students of different ages. We do not ask children to register or submit personal details to access the guides. If a parent or guardian believes a child has sent us personal information, they can contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, remove it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may revise this page when the site's features or data practices change. The date at the top of the page will show when it was last updated. Please check this page again if you start using a newly added feature.
